DEFINITION
Long term parking is defined as leaving a vehicle parked in the same stall continuously for a period of seven (7) days or more. Your vehicle must fit into a single stall. We sell authorization for long term parking in increments of 30 days.
RATES
Effective June 1, 2015, we charge $180.00 for 30 days (tax included) for long term parking. We do not charge late fees. We do not pro-rate long term parking; you must purchase increments of 30 days. We do not provide refunds; for example, if you pay for 60 days of long term parking and then park for 3 weeks, we will not refund any portion of the parking fees you have paid.
PURCHASE
Long term parking permits may be purchased in increments of 30 days at any time. You may pay for up to 1 year at a time. Permits are not transferable and are valid only for the specific vehicles for which they are issued. We can accept cash or check only. Please make checks payable to AOAO Waikiki Banyan.

Please do not send cash in the mail. Write your vehicle’s license number on your check. Please allow enough time for your payment to reach us before your current permit expires. If you are off-island and can not have the permit in your vehicle replaced, we will inform Security that your payment is up to date and your vehicle will not be removed from our garage.
PERMIT DISPLAY
Your vehicle must display its permit on the driver's side of the dashboard. The license number and expiration date must be clearly visible.
WHERE TO PARK
Parking at Waikiki Banyan is unassigned. We do not rent parking stalls, we rent authorization to park. Our handicap stalls require a valid Handicapped Parking permit. Vehicles in long term parking must be parked on the 4th and 5th garage levels. You may park your vehicle in any available stall on those levels. You may put a cover on your vehicle, but please understand that Security must be able to verify that your vehicle is authorized to park here by checking that your permit is current.
TOWING
Any vehicle may be towed, at the owner's or operator's expense, from Waikiki Banyan without notice if
- the vehicle’s permit is not current or is not prominently displayed
- the vehicle’s permit was issued for a different vehicle
- the vehicle bears a defaced or altered permit
- the vehicle is in violation of Waikiki Banyan vehicle operation or parking rules
RULES AND REGULATIONS
We take safety very seriously. Our garage can be busy with both vehicular and pedestrian traffic and you have an absolute responsibility to operate your vehicle safely at all times at Waikiki Banyan. Please read both sides of our information sheet, which contains an excerpt of Waikiki Banyan House Rules relevant to vehicles and parking. All vehicles on Waikiki Banyan premises must obey all Waikiki Banyan parking rules, posted and written, all the time. Please note that 5 mph is the speed limit throughout the garage.
