Be advised that due to the pending storm, (Hurricane Olivia) and the recent forecast which now includes a Tropical Storm Warning and Watch issued for the State of Hawaii, it was recommended and approved by order of the Board President, that for the safety of all concerned and the precautionary preparations needed to be completed for our property, owners, residents, tenants, guests, and staff, the AOAO Board Meeting that was scheduled for tomorrow, September 11th, will be postponed and re-scheduled to Friday, September 14th starting at 2:00 p.m.
See attached REVISED Board Meeting Notice and Agenda that is also being posted for all concerned. On behalf of the AOAO Board of Directors’ and WB staff, we want to extend our best wishes for a safe and hopefully minimal next few days of extreme weather due to the pending storm.
