As part of our continuing efforts for improvement and our commitment for safety and security of our property, we will be having contractors conducting tests and inspections of our properties Emergency Equipment and System next week. 
 
On Tuesday, October 17th, Ohana Controls will be conducting tests to audible speakers for previously identified units from 9:00 a.m. till 12:00 noon and during these tests, alarms may be sounded on specific floors. 
 
On Thursday, October 19th, Oahu Fire Protection will be conducting our properties annual Fire Sprinkler(s) and Fire Pump test and inspections from 8:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m.  These tests and inspections are for the emergency equipment in common areas of the property and will not include needing access in any units. 
 
Be advised that announcements will be made during these tests and inspections advising of what is transpiring.  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that these important tests and inspections may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding!
