Re: Postponed Annual Meeting
Dear Waikiki Banyan Homeowners:
As we are just over 30% for quorum after multiple mail outs with just eight (8) days to go to achieve at least 50% required to hold the meeting, we have decided to postpone the February 11, 2021 Annual Meeting until Thursday, April 1, 2021. In order to legally set the new date, a couple of Officers will meet at the recreation deck on February 11, 2021. Any owner can attend, but it is not necessary nor recommended.
